| Last Message | Preview of the most recent message |
| Channel Icon | Web 🌐, WhatsApp 📱, or Voice 🎤 |
| Timestamp | When the last message was sent |
Conversation View
Click any conversation to see the full details:- Full message history — Complete conversation from start to finish
- Customer messages — Displayed on the left side
- Agent responses — Displayed on the right side
- Timestamps — For each individual message

Use the search bar to find conversations by:- Customer name
