Open Knowledge Base

Go to your agent’s Knowledge Base tab

Upload Files

Click “Upload” or drag and drop files

Wait for Processing

The system extracts and learns from your content

Confirm Completion

Files show “Completed” when ready
Maximum file size is 50MB per file.
Point your agent to web pages with useful information.

Click the “Links” tab in Knowledge Base

Enter the web page URL

Add Details

Add a title and optional description

Save

Click “Add Link”
